“Talent grows in solitude, character amongst people”
It would seem that this is one of the easiest steps for a young and well-prepared manager. They are educated by the best universities, have a perfectly mastered digitisation, got to known the company and the products, the great time has come to get the reins of the company and give it a new direction of development. Their additional advantage is a good understanding of the employees whom they recently recruited.
Theoretically everything is okay, but how does it look in practice?
Many of the studies conducted in Poland show that most of the employees prefer to have an older boss, moreover-it turns out that Poles do not like to follow the employer younger than themselves. With this in mind, we strive to prepare a younger manager so that he is respected by everyone.
Based on our experience we offer projects on multi-generational management for successors and managers. Each project is prepared for an individual customer and is carried out in a one-to-one arrangement. Although today’s communication is mostly done with the help of screens, we must outline that these types of projects are carried out by the direct communication “face to face”.
