Boisvalor

Boisvalor is a French company that specializes in searching for innovative solutions for sustainable agriculture and produces natural biostimulators SHB and RSH as well as colouring dyes for seed treatment. The number one priority for Boisvalor is always to understand the natural physiological processes of plants and soil. Each of its products is the result of many years of work of scientists, supported by many laboratory and practical experiments and patented production processes. One of the most important products by Boisvalor is SHB – registered in France as a bio stimulant for growth and development of crop plants – a natural poplar wood extract. It is worth adding that all products of the company are created with respect for the natural environment and are applicable in both conventional and highly commercial farming as well as in organic farming.

The project goals and targets
Boisvalor products are known and valued by farmers in many European countries. In 2018, the company decided to find its representative in Poland in order to enter the market with a bio stimulant SHB and decided to cooperate with the Biznes Up team. As a result, we became the representative of Boisvalor in Poland. We have prepared the entire strategy of introducing SHB to the Polish market. Our tasks were as below:

• defining the market and its potential
• setting sales targets
• substantive development of the product, including:
  • building and preparing arguments and documentation
  • establishing fields trials
  • preparation of a technical presentation
• technical development as follows:
  • preparation of the Polish label
  • preparation of technical documentation, including product characteristics data sheets and PKWiU number
• marketing development of:
  • product’s image
  • advertising leaflet
  • product presentation
• preparation of distribution:
  • finding a distribution company
  • product presentation (use of substantive and marketing analysis)
  • signing off a distribution agreement
  • providing a training for employees involved in distribution
• logistic and financial activities such as; delivery of the product to the distributor.

Our role didn’t end just there, as a Biznes Up we also provide after sale service.
